Central Level Fssai Criteria
- All Manufacturers of Proprietary Foods.
- All Manufacturers of Nutraceutical Products.

- All Manufacturers of Health Supplement Products.
- All 100% Export Oriented Units.
- All Importers who are Importing Food Items including Food Ingredients and Additives for Commercial use.

- All Merchant Exporter who need to Export Products they need Central Level Fssai License.

- Retailers, Wholesaler, Distributors, Suppliers and Caterers having an Annual Turnover of more than Rs.20 Crores.

- Hotels that have a five-star rating and above.

- Restaurants, Cafe having a turnover of more than Rs.20 crores per annum.
- Transporters having more than 100 vehicles or turnover of more than Rs.30 crores per annum.

- Food Business Operator (FBO) make their production through using Third Party Manufacturing unit need Central Level Fssai License.

- For Import & Export Product need Central Level Fssai License.
